Another place to look for examples is the Spiritualism MRS, which has 
quite a few.  The draft of A New Religion has a detailed character 
creation example, but I don't think that Karim has put the current draft 
in the pre-release archive.  (That would be worth doing, I think.)  I 
agree that examples are a Good Thing...perhaps someone on the list would 
be so gracious as to compile a collection of such things?
