Me neither. Unless we want to postulate that a human mind is capable of
rupturing blood vessels without any help, it's the only muscular effort a
human can perform that would cause bleeding like that in the movie.
It's evident that the body is not completely paralyzed while the mind is in
the Matrix. Their muscles twitch when they bump into things (or vice versa).
This would cause soreness and cramps in muscles, and cuts from fingernails and
teeth in extreme cases.
Maybe they don't wear bite guards as an incentive to not get beat up while in
the Matrix? :)
