[Ar-list] Spring Cleaning

Just a general announcement to the list & the AR community. I've taken
advantage of some recent positive events in my life, as well as the recent
increase in list traffic to do some long-overdue revisions to the AR Website.
I hope that everyone likes the changes. In the interest of continuity, I've
not changed any of the underlying structure of the site, so old
bookmarks/links to individual pages will still work, though they may no longer
point to the desired data. I've made some cosmetic & layout changes to the
pages that I hope will make the site easier & more pleasant to navigate. In
any case, it's a work in progress, so I welcome any comments.

I've posted the Spiritualism MRS to the main publications page (not the
Pre-release archive) in v0.9, and hope to publish a final version
incorporating comments received by Ira & other readers :)

With regards to Takaietei, unfortunately the vast bulk of it is in
hand-written notes, sketches, and other unpublishable forms... but that will
be my next big AR project...  I promise.
