OK, I've managed to bring the site back up on a different machine, so the site now works again.  The
URL is unchanged from before.  I have the domain pointing to a new piece of hardware.  I will keep
the list informed of future changes... as I said in the previous post, I expect to move the site one
final time in a month or so.
