A New Religion in other formats

Greetings,
I have done a teXnification of Carter's new Reality Guide. Since this
is work in progress, I won't stand up for completeness or correctness
in regards to the original WORD file, but I think I have done the main
part of the job. I did not do the Character sheet, and the population
data on Pittsburgh is still poorly formatted, but You should be able
to have a look at it.

There are tex, PostScript, and dvi versions. Any constructive input
will be welcome. Right now I am working on some suggestions Carter
sent me -- the tables will be changed to a better format, etc.

THe dopcument is structured to be printed on A4 paper, so I expect all
those using letter sized paper (8"x11") to have some problems
regarding the formatting -- You have been warned.
